Help us celebrate 20 years of girls' soccer at State College Area High School
Time to register for the reunion!
Plans are finalized for your 20th anniversary celebration. Please review the web sites below for instructions about registering for the event (which is not the same as registering here!)
Some miscellaneous points and reminders:
* Please, please, please make sure you register for the event at the school district web site. Some of you have registered at the event web site and that's different. Event registration ensures that we have an accurate head count for banquet and brunch planning.
* We are zeroing in on capturing a marquee speaker for our dinner on Saturday. We haven't yet finalized plans but I'm confident that we'll have someone to speak with us that will inspire us and give us some things to think about.
* If you haven't already done so, please consider sharing any mementos, pictures, videos, etc. so that we can all enjoy them at the celebration. Get in touch with Andrea Burbank (aburbank@gmail.com) once you have things to share. I think this will be an important part of the event, capturing an archiving our memories for years to come.
* Please get the word out to people you've stayed in touch with. Over 200 players have played for the Varsity team over these many years and it would be wonderful if we could get half of you to come and celebrate. I've attached what we think is close to a complete list of players to help guide you in your hunt for alumna.
See you on the 13th. I can't wait.
